Target Racing team confirmed its leadership in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europa also in Montmeló. On the circuit located on the outskirts of Barcelona, Largim Ali and Oliver Söderström achieved plenty of podiums. The weekend began with a second place, thanks to a clever strategy implemented by the Ravenna-based team's pit wall. The Nordic pair then repeated themselves in the second race, taking the third step of the podium ahead of teammate Hampus Ericsson. Finally, also in the third heat, held as a replacement for the canceled race at Le Mans, Ali and Söderström finished in second place, thus consolidating first place in the championship.
In Spain, Target Racing stood out not only in the overall but also in the other classes. The team from Lugo di Ravenna, thanks to a perfect performance by Guido Luchetti and Cambiz Aliabadi, obtained third place in ProAm in the weekend's last race. After coming close to the top 5 in Am in the first two heats, Huilin Han took the lowest step of the class podium in race three. Target Racing is preparing to be a protagonist in the grand finale: the last act of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe will be staged in less than a month in Jerez, with the brand’s World Finals also scheduled to take place in the track named after Ángel Nieto.
