Target Racing ready for the 2025 Lamborghini Super Trofeo season

The 2025 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe season kicks off this weekend at the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet. Target Racing, the reigning champion of the mono-brand trophy of the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based car maker, will be at the starting line of the championship with three Huracán Super Trofeo Evo2s. The team led by Roberto Venieri will entrust the number 9 car to the very young Patrik Fraboni and Giacomo Pedrini. After a brilliant career in karting and some appearances in Formula 4 Italy, Pedrini took part in the Mitjet Italia championship last year while sixteen-year-old Fraboni, the reigning champion of the FX Pro Series, will debut in GT competitions.

Among the protagonists of the last edition of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, Guido Luchetti will return to the track for the Lugo di Ravenna team. Luchetti, from Pistoia, born in 2005, will compete in the championship driving solo this year, at the wheel of car number 10. For the expert Raffaele Giannoni, it will be a welcome return to the AM class after achieving numerous positive results with Target in recent years. He will drive car number 96.

The Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe will kick off on the weekend of 13 April with the first round at the Paul Ricard, which will be followed by the Monza event on the weekend of June 1st, and the Spa-Francorchamps event on the weekend of the famous 24 Hours (29 June). The championship will continue with the Nürburgring round on 31 August, and Barcelona on 12 October. The European season finale will take place at Misano Adriatico on 6-7 November, while the 2025 Lamborghini World Finals will be held on 8-9 November.
