DR Formula squad is set for Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth return this coming weekend, 21st-22nd April, at the Adria circuit. The team led by multiple World Karting Champion Danilo Rossi, is determined to make a consistently strong start to the 2018 campaing fielding two cars for rookies Edoardo Morricone and Laszlo Toth.
Both drivers made their single seater debut early this year in the Middle East F4 UAE series when they delivered an impressive performance and now are relishing the prospect of their maiden race in the hugely competitive Italian championship. The 16-year-old Morricone and his Hungarian team mate had raced in karting before, where they showed well, before deciding to move to the racing cars.
The weekend gets underway on Friday and Saturday morning with the free practice, followed by two 15-minute qualifying sessions. The first of three 28-minute plus one lap races will take place on Sunday at 9 am. Race two and three are scheduled to begin at 1 pm and 5 pm on the same day.
