Edoardo Morricone made a thrilling recovery in race two in Misano, claiming a 15th place over a total of 28 cars and finishing sixth of the Rookies. After he took the fifth place of his class in the Saturday's race, the young DR Formula's driver did everything possible to be one of the frontrunners in the fourth event of the Italian F4 Championship. Despite he couldn't obtain the desired result, he showed a good pace once more. Penalized by a not very fast qualifying, the 16-year-old Italian racer - who is at his maiden season in the single seater - in race three made an excellent start from 18th recovery five positions. Eventually, after a safety car period, he had a contact and was forced to stop, preventing him to fight for the podium. The next commitment for him and the Danilo Rossi's squad will be in Imola in the mid-July testing, before the fifth out of seven campionship's rounds held at the Santerno track late the same month.
